Hi Miyoko, I usually cook up enough veges for a couple of days and then just add chicken, beef, sausage, lamb chop, tuna or salmon to the veges. If I am making a bolognese, stirfry, fish pie or stew for us I will normally give Ollie the same. The veges I cook are just usually one of either potato, pumpkin or kumara with a green vege. Then I just mash roughly. Sometimes I will add an instant gravy mix to make it a bit wet. For dessert it is normally a custard or some fruit.I make up the edmonds custard in the microwave which is quick and easy to do. I give him sandwiches for lunch and also a bit of cheese, fruit and yoghurt. Snacks are normally crackers, muffins which I make up and freeze, or fruit.
